PRO EDGE 45 ANGLE CUTTING JIG

The unique M14 spindle locking unit allows you to use any manufacturer's 115-125 mm angle grinder.
A specific ULTRA CERAM 45° 30 bore diamond disc must be used.
The mitre carriage is infinitely adjustable for precise finishing of mitre cuts.
3 adjustment functions:

- Adjustment of edge thickness and parallelism of the disc in relation to the tile
- Lower fence adjustment to suit tile thickness.
- Adjustment of the suction housing to suit the thickness of the tile.
The maximum thickness of the material to be processed is 20 mm.
An anti-vibration ring can be fitted between the grinder and the disc to further improve the quality of the cut.
Built-in vacuum function. With the help of a hoover, you can effectively capture dust thanks to its housing and suction nozzle while cutting, keeping your working environment clean. This not only increases your comfort, but also your safety.
Places have been provided for the installation of water supply hoses.
In the inverted position, the system can be attached to a fixed workstation (e.g. a workbench or tiling table) for processing small tiles.
