JAT Group, owner of Sidamo company since 2017 has acquired Tool France company on 13th December 2023.
This transaction will allow JAT Group to improve its reference brands development on french and european export markets : Promac, Jet Bois, Baileigh and Tool France.
JAT Group 2 companies, Tool France and Sidamo, remain legally independant.
Each entity will proceed to consolidate its strengths, positions, DNA and its brand, through the support of the sales, product development and marketing teams.
We are pleased to confirm that your usual interlocutors, Tool France and Sidamo, will remain available to develop by your side the business relationship :
- Christophe Saint Sulpice, Tool France companie’s former president, will support the new management during the transition phase and will ensure Tool France’s sales direction.
- On it’s part, Régis Hayrapian, Sales Manager France-Export will ensure with his teams the steering of business relationship with purchasing groups, and the management of Sidamo’s sales team
Thus, a new chapter opens for both companies
